In 2006, Flagler Development Company combined with
Codina Group of Coral Gables, the leading commercial
development firm in South Florida. In 2007, the
Company was acquired in a merger transaction by
a company formed by certain private equity funds
managed by affiliates of Fortress Investment Group
LLC. Today, Flagler Development Group is the leading
owner/developer of office and industrial workplaces
in the State of Florida.
