Retail

Flagler Station has developed a 42,800 square foot "Retail Station" which features glass storefronts under a fully covered colonnade; 5.9 parking spaces per 1,000 square feet, and bay sizes from 1,200 square feet. This retail center will provide shopping, dining and convenience amenities for the park and surrounding areas. Further retail and hotel development is planned in this phase.
