Beacon Countyline
Beacon Countyline is a 497-acre parcel located in the City of Hialeah, approximately two miles directly north of Flagler Station adjacent to the Florida Turnpike. Beacon Countyline is the only remaining land parcel suitable for industrial development in all Miami-Dade County. Flagler plans to develop the parcel into a mixed-use industrial park. The tract is strategically located in close proximity to Miami International Airport and South Florida’s extensive port system. Flagler is currently working through the entitlement process for industrial, office and retail space.
