Downtown Doral
Downtown Doral is a 120-acre mixed-use development that will be the most compelling master-planned community developed in South Florida since Coral Gables.  The meticulously planned community will be the heart of Doral.  Downtown Doral will include condominium residences and town homes, as well as retail shops and restaurants, commercial buildings, parks and public spaces, and a new school.           

The project will consist of 2,840 residential units, and over 1 million square feet of commercial space, including 180,000 sq. ft. of retail space, and 400,000 sq. ft. of new class 'A' office space and 465,000 square feet of existing office space.  The new class 'A' office space will lend itself to national tenants for either corporate or regional headquarters, making this a true 'downtown.'  The development is a joint venture with institutional investors managed by JPMorgan Asset Management - Real Estate.

Downtown Doral will be bordered on the west by NW 87th Ave., on the north by NW 54th St., on the east by NW 79th Ave., and on the south by the Doral Golf Resort's White Course. 

The sales center for Downtown Doral is located at 8500 NW 52nd Street.  The first residential offering will include two distinct condominium buildings. Vista Blanca Tower, a 205-unit luxury residential tower overlooking the golf courses of the Doral Golf Resort and Spa; and Cordoba, a moderately priced 224-unit building located near the proposed school site. The first office condominium offering, 7950 Professional Center, is a fully-renovated building with offices for sale from 800 sq. ft. to 23,000 sq. ft.           

Downtown Doral will be developed over the next seven to ten years and the 120-acre parcel of land will be transformed into a vibrant, meticulously planned live-work-play community that is destine to be the heart of the City of Doral.
